How’s this for an alternative to the typical social networking scene?

Sweat and stretch together, and line up some business prospects along the way.

That’s the message from the founder and chief executive officer of Cardio Barre, a growing chain of fitness studios that wants to set up shop in Sacramento.

Richard Giorla, a former professional dancer who launched Cardio Barre after suffering an injury, says his studios are great for social networking among businesswomen. He singles out women because his studios attract mostly women, from age 14 to 70, who love dance and fitness. (Read More)
